Some of the ways which can help you to prevent Type II Diabetes.

  • Keep a check on your weight – Maintain your weight as per your BMI. If you are overweight or obese, it is advisable to reduce those extra kilos to prevent yourself from having Diabetes.
  • Stay Active – Keep yourself physically active. You should do some physical activity like walking, jogging, etc., for at least 30 mins a day.
  • Eat balanced food – Include fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dairy products in your daily diet. Avoid junk and fast food.
